WASHINGTON, DC-Vida Fitness, a local sports club, will become a tenant of Twelve12 at The Yards, a mixed-use development of Forest City Washington. Vida along with its Aura Spa and Bang Salon will occupy a 28,000-square-foot space at the development, which will also feature 218 apartments and a Harris Teeter store measuring 50,000 square feet. Twelve12 space is Vida's sixth location in the DC region.
