LONDON-Legal & General Property has announced the completion of the GBP 65 million six-story office redevelopment at 6 Agar Street in the center of West End of London. Morgan Sindall wrapped up the redevelopment on behalf of Legal & General. The 20-month redevelopment offers a new Grade A office space spanning 57,000 square feet in Covent Garden by transforming the West End office development called previously as Strand Island building.
