NEW YORK CITY-Retro Fitness has inked four leases in Brooklyn and one in Staten Island to open new locations. The club inked a 17,000-square-foot lease at 1623 Flatbush Avenue for an annual asking rent of $500,000 and a 15,000-square-foot lease at 325 Ave. Y for $400,000. It also leased at 252 Atlantic Avenue and 81 E. 98th Street in Brooklyn and at 23-85 Richmond Avenue in Staten Island.
