CHICAGO- Havi Group L.P's subsidiary, The Marketing Store Worldwide LLC has leased a 31,348-square-foot space at 55 W. Monroe Street for 10 years.

CHICAGO- Havi Group L.P's subsidiary, The Marketing Store Worldwide LLC has leased a 31,348-square-foot space at 55 W. Monroe Street for 10 years. The agency plans its headquarters relocation from 701 E. 22nd Street to the Monroe Street space in January 2013. The owner of the 40-story building spanning 807,882 square feet is Hearn Co.

In the deal, Studley Inc.'s Joe Learner and Robert Sevim brokered for the tenant, while J.F. McKinney & Associates Ltd. brokered for the owner. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
