DURHAM, NC-CBRE-Raleigh reported that CBRE leased an 11,563-square-foot space in Durham to Tergus Pharma based in Triangle. The property is located at 2810 Meridian Parkway in Research Triangle Park. The company recently changed its name from Analytical Solutions to Tergus Pharma. It has been seeking a new production site with larger laboratory space in Research Triangle Park since June 2012.
