PLANTATION, FL-A topping out ceremony was held for Stiles' $60 million One Plantation Place LEED apartment project situated at the corner of University Boulevard and I-595. According to the company president, Terry Stiles, the project is on schedule and the first apartments will be delivered in March 2013.

The project will feature high-end single, double and triple bedroom apartments as well as a three-story clubhouse measuring 15,600 square feet. The multifamily complex has been designed by Cohen Freedman Encinosa Architects. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
