SHEFFIELD, UK-Hargreaves Services Plc has landed at Capitol Park in Barnsley. The company has leased 10,000 square feet of Grade A office space at 1 Capitol Court. The property is situated close to the Junction 37 of the M1 motorway.
Hargreaves will house its Industrial Services division's new headquarters at the Capitol Park location. Chris Rowlands, a commercial property agent in South Yorkshire, said that the Hargreaves deal is the biggest office lease in the Barnsley area in the past decade.
