BOSTON-A new four-story building could break ground by the end of this year at Boston's Marine Industrial Park in the Hub's Seaport District. The glass and steel building at 6 Tide St. could be used for lab, R&D and manufacturing purpose.

The Boston Redevelopment Authority has named Danvers-based Kavanagh Advisory Group as the tentative developer of the 187,000-square-foot site. The former J.J. Daly Co. warehouse was demolished to make way for a $60-million One Northern Avenue Place. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
