NEW YORK CITY-Pie Face, an Australian food company, has inked a ground-floor lease at 1407 Broadway for 15 years. The asking rent for the 1,400-square-foot space, which comprises a mezzanine spanning 300 square feet, was $250 per square foot. The Lightstone Group is the owner of the building situated between West 38th and West 39th streets.
