BALA CYNWYD, PA-Three lease deals have been concluded at a four-building office complex named Bala Plaz in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia Insurance has inked a 135,000-square-foot lease renewal and a 17,000-square-foot lease expansion at One Bala. At Three Bala, Global Indemnity has entered into a 50,000-square-foot lease and Tokio Marine North America has leased a 28,000-square-foot space. Global Indemnity was represented by Studley Inc.
