
NEW YORK CITY-CAA will be relocating its operations to the Chrysler Building from 162 Fifth Ave. situated in the Flatiron District. The art agency has signed a lease for 74,550 square feet of space in the Art Deco skyscraper at 405 Lexington Ave.
The agency will occupy 18th through 20th floors of the East 42nd Street building. Lee Brodsky, Neal Golden and Ross Perlman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant, while owner Tishman Speyer Properties had in-house representation. For the full story, go to New York Post .
