BALTIMORE-Marshalls has leased a former Filene's Basement store space measuring 31,400 square feet at Lockwood Place located along Pratt Street close to the Inner Harbor. The discount department store chain will open a new store in the Lockwood Place space in early 2013. David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd., a developer based in Owings Mills, Maryland, is the manager of the Lockwood Place building.
