ST. PAUL-Sebesta Blomberg has subleased its 40,000-square-foot space at 2381 Rosegate Ave. in Roseville to Hawkins Inc. Meanwhile, Sebesta is also shifting to 1450 Energy Park Dr. in St. Paul. Hawkins will use the Roseville space as its new headquarters. In the sublease deal, Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq's Tim Venne and Josh O'Neill brokered for Sebesta, while Hawkins was represented by Paul Donovan, Todd Hanson and Jason Sell, also from Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq.
