MINNETONKA, MN-Doran Cos. has launched its first two senior housing projects in the Twin Cities metro area. The Bloomington-based developer has proposed an 85 to 95-unit senior housing project in Rosemount and a 125-unit project in Minnetonka. Both projects have not yet gained local approval.
The Minnetonka project will come up at 17113 Minnetonka Blvd. and the Rosemount complex will be built on Highway 3, and Pope Architects and WAI Continuum Architects are designing the projects, respectively. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
