
SEATTLE-Martin Selig Real Estate, a Seattle developer, has tapped CBRE to find tenants for its 635/645 Elliott office property on Elliott Bay. The office campus is situated near Myrtle Edwards Park. Seattle-based Dendreon inked a letter of intent to take 635 Elliott, a 191,000-square-foot building, in spring 2010, but the deal fell through.
Currently, 187,500 square feet is available for lease in 635 Elliott and 59,300 square feet is available in the 154,500-square-foot 645 Elliott. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
