BUFFALO-A bunch of medical groups and doctors will anchor a new medical office facility in Amherst. A single-story, 30,600-square-foot office building, which will house three practices, is currently under construction. Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. is the developer and Waterbourne Construction Advisors is the construction manager of the building.
The cost of the privately-financed development is $7.2 million. The building is over 80% pre-leased to Great Lakes Medical Imaging, Dr. Ron Bauer and Dr. Saif Soniwala. Construction is expected to be finished by early May. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
