HOUSTON-The Houston Business Journal has shifted its offices from the Park Towers situated on the West Loop South to 5444 Westheimer in Houston's Galleria area. The newspaper has taken the 17th-floor space in Suite 1700 at the 380,000-square-foot office building.
In January, Tanglewood Property Group, based in Houston, spent $15 million to refurbish the building. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented HBJ and CBRE Inc. represented the landlord in the 11,000-square-foot deal. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
