WASHINGTON, DC-District-based Intelsat S.A. has decided to remain at its headquarters building for a short period of time. Earlier this year, the Luxembourg-based company sold its building at 4000 Connecticut Ave. NW for an amount of $85 million.
On October 5, Intelsat signed a short-term lease to remain at its headquarters. The company will pay $9 million per year as rent. CBRE Group Inc. was retained by Intelsat to sell the 546,500-square-foot building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
