PINELLAS PARK, FL-The Richman Group of Florida is planning to build luxury apartments in Pinellas County. The Tampa Bay Times stated that the West Palm Beach-based firm purchased 40 acres of land last month to develop a 432-unit apartment project called the Gateway Centre on Gandy Boulevard.
The land parcel, part of an old industrial park, is situated beside Sunset and it was sold by Hardy Huntley. Construction is scheduled to start in 2013 and the first 300 units will be opened in 2014. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
