
DALLAS-Trammell Crow Residential, a Dallas-based developer, is planning to develop a $19-million apartment project in Oak Cliff. The four-story apartment complex comprising 200 units will be built on roughly three acres of land at the junction of Zang Boulevard and Beckley Avenue.
The City of Dallas is also planning to spend $36 million to reshape the Oak Cliff gateway. The apartment project is expected to start in February and will be completed by June 2014. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
