NEW YORK CITY-Elixir Juice Bar has leased a 375-square-foot space at 434 Sixth Avenue for 10 years. The asking rent for the street-front store located between West Ninth and West 10th streets was $336 per square foot. Harran Holding Corp. is the landlord. In the lease, an in-house team represented the owner, while Winick Realty Group's Charles Rapuano brokered for the tenant.
