DALLAS-Frost Bank is combining some of its operations in Dallas into an Uptown office tower. The bank will lease nearly 50,000 square feet at the new 22-story tower on Wolf Street. Developer Harwood International will build the 140,000-square-foot Frost Tower. Construction will start early next summer and will be completed in 2014.
