BROOKLINE, MA-Hera Development Corp., a developer based in Brighton, Massachusetts, is selling a retail property at Brookline's Coolidge Corner. The two-story retail building spans 25,000 square feet at 1285 Beacon St. It was developed in 2008.

In 2005, Hera bought a gas station at the Beacon Street site for $3.4 million and constructed the retail center there with 49 underground parking stalls.
