SHAKOPEE, MN-Southern Wine & Spirits has leased a new distribution center located in Shakopee.

SHAKOPEE, MN-Southern Wine & Spirits has leased a new distribution center located in Shakopee. The company filed a building permit for a new warehouse spanning 232,000 square feet on a former ConAgra distribution center site at 3350 Fourth Ave. E. The facility was available for occupation from August 1, 2012. DCT Industrial Trust Inc. is the landlord.

In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq's Todd Hanson brokered for the tenant, while CBRE Group's Nathan Arnold negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
