HONOLULU-Developer Stanford Carr is planning to develop 22 acres of vacant land along Front Street in Lahaina into a $60-million, 203-unit project. The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation is the owner of the vacant land.

The Maui News reported that the Kahoma Village project, proposed by Carr, will comprise 102 multifamily units set aside for median income families in West Maui.
