DALLAS-Billingsley Co., a Dallas-based development and management firm, is finalizing its plans for the second stage of the Cypress Waters project on West LBJ Freeway. A new office park will be included near an apartment community at the 1,000-acre project.
Billingsley is currently constructing 686 rental units in the first stage of Cypress Waters. Overall, the development will have 10,000 residential units, 400,000 square feet of retail space and 4 million square feet of office space. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
