LONDON-Brandy Melville will open its first UK store on London's Kings Road.

LONDON-Brandy Melville will open its first UK store on London's Kings Road. The Italian fashion brand has signed a lease for 10 years with Martins Properties for a 2,005-square-foot store at 33F Kings Road. The retail will pay GBP 290,000 as rent for flagship unit.

Brandy Melville has stores in Rome, Berlin, Paris, New York, Hawaii and Los Angeles. Kitchen LaFrenais Morgan advised Brandy Melville and Savills advised Martins Properties in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
