Helix Energy Solutions Leases at 8 West Centre

HOUSTON-CBRE Group Inc. reported that Helix Energy Solutions Group is signing an 118,630-square-foot lease at 8 West Centre, a new office building being developed at 3505 W. Sam Houston Parkway N. in West Houston. The company will take up over 50% of Core Real Estate LLC's four-story structure spanning 227,000 square feet to accommodate its administrative offices and corporate headquarters.

In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield's Jim Bailey brokered for Helix, while CBRE's Cody Armbrister, Kristen Rabel, and Rima Shpolyansky brokered for Core Real Estate. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
