Prime Therapeutics Renews Lease at 8400 Tower

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Cushman & Wakefield /NorthMarq reported that Prime Therapeutics has inked a lease renewal for its 180,000-square-foot space at 8400 tower in the Normandale Lake Office Park in Bloomington. The pharmacy benefits manager's logo is also now displayed at 8400 tower. CBRE brokered for the tenant in the lease renewal.

Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq's Tom Tracy is the lead leasing agent for the five-building office complex measuring 1.7 million square feet. An investment group headed by Equity Group Investments is the owner of the complex. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
