OVERLAND PARK, KS-U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has inked a 106,215-square-foot lease at Rosana Square, a vacant office structure situated at 7600 W. 119th Street. The lease runs for eight years through 2021 and the lease rate per square foot at Rosana Square is $18.2, which translates into an annual rent of roughly $2.2 million. Moreover, the agency can terminate the lease in 2016 as an option.
