AUSTIN, TX-HPI Corporate Services has brokered two leased deals totaling 57,306 square feet in Austin. Flooring Solutions has signed a 51,000-square-foot lease at Walnut Creek Corporate Center. Live Oak-Gottesman's Scott Studzinski represented the landlord and HPI Corporate Services' Russell Todd represented the tenant.
In the second deal, Calxeda Inc. signed a 6,306-square-foot lease at Plaza 7000 at 7000 N. Mopac Expressway. HPI Corporate Services' Volney Campbell represented the tenant and The Kucera Cos.'s Jeff Henley represented the landlord. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
