
NEW YORK CITY-The Federal Emergency Management Agency has signed a short-term lease for a 200,000-square-foot space at Forest Hills Tower to house its New York City headquarters. As per the deal, short-term lease renewals can be executed as an option. FEMA will occupy 10 floors in the 17-story Class A office tower spanning 375,000 square feet at 118-35 Queens Blvd. in Forest Hills, Queens.
