
DALLAS-Hillwood Communities has officially started construction on Harvest, a 1,000-acre master-planned development in Argyle and Northlake, in collaboration with Realty Capital. The $1-billion mixed-use development is coming up at the northwest corner of FM 407 and I-35W.
The residential development will comprise approximately 3,000 single-family homes and prices will range from nearly $200,000 to nearly $400,000. The first phase will comprise 323 homes.
