CHICAGO-Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has leased an office space in Chicago to accommodate its urban retail brokerage group. The Oakbrook Terrace-based real estate services firm has taken 4,000 square feet in Tribune Tower. Paul Bryant, a principal at Mid-America Real Estate, declined to disclose lease terms. He said that in the past, the real estate firm had used temporary locations and it wanted to have a permanent office.
