Finkelstein Set to Start First Hotel Project in Baltimore

BALTIMORE-Bethesda developer Ken Finkelstein is set to begin his first development in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE-Bethesda developer Ken Finkelstein is set to begin his first development in Baltimore. The developer is planning to build a hotel at the corner of Fleet Street and South Central Avenue.

Finkelstein's Edgewood LLC will revamp the old Bohager warehouse to house a 208-room hotel, 15,000 square feet of retail space and 60 parking spaces. The developer is expecting to close a deal so that he could break ground on the hotel in spring 2013 and open it by summer 2014. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
