
DALLAS-A new group has joined the developers who have been working to revamp Patriot Tower, a 30-story building at 350 N. St. Paul St. The office building is currently owned by Bank of America, which foreclosed on the tower in September 2011.
Developer Shawn Todd has joined Andres Construction and StreetLights Residential on the $40-million restoration project. The lower portion of Patriot Tower will be changed into office space and the top 17 floors will be turned into apartments. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
