NEW YORK CITY- TJ Maxx, MetroOptics Eyewear, and Applebee's have signed new leases at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center, a 285,000-square-foot project being developed in Bronx by Simone Development Cos. TJ Maxx has leased a 28,417-square-foot space, while MetroOptics Eyewear has inked a 4,131-square-foot lease and Applebee's has signed a 6,640-square-foot lease. Other partners of the project include Paul R. Slayton and Aaron Malinsky of Curbcut Urban Partners.
