NEW YORK CITY-Bien Cuit has leased a 5,000-square-foot space in the 1910-vintage building at 4502 Second Avenue, in Block 735, Lot 85, for its wholesale baking operation.

NEW YORK CITY-Bien Cuit has leased a 5,000-square-foot space in the 1910-vintage building at 4502 Second Avenue, in Block 735, Lot 85, for its wholesale baking operation. Asking rent for the 10-year lease was $14 per square foot. Glen Maranga is the owner of the property. Arena Properties' Greg D'Avola negotiated the deal on behalf of both the owner and the tenant.

The bakery has also leased a space at 35 Christopher Street to house its first Manhattan outpost in December. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
