
LONDON-British Land has secured two new office leases at 10 Portman Square and Broadgate Tower in London. Aspect Capital has signed a lease for 24,520 square feet of office space at the 113,000-square-foot 10 Portman Square.
In the second deal, Blackstone and British Land have confirmed that Hill Dickinson will occupy 32,000 square feet of office space at the 397,000-square-foot Broadgate Tower.
