MINNEAPOLIS-Pentair Inc. has signed a roughly 94,000-square-foot headquarters lease expansion at Colonnade office tower at 5500 Wayzata Blvd, where it previously leased 62,000 square feet. The company, which now leases seventh, eighth and a portion of the ninth floor, will occupy the entire sixth floor and the remaining space on the ninth floor. Other terms of the lease were not revealed.
