LONDON-Legal & General Property has closed a number retail and office leases in Covent Garden Estate. On the retail element, H&M has signed a 10,500-square-foot lease at 425 Strand and Kim Chee Korean Restaurant and Wasabi have leased two restaurant units at 388-389 Strand and 39 Southampton Street, respectively.
