NORTHBROOK, IL-A joint venture between Schaumburg-based Crossroads Development Partners LLC and Chicago-based Morningside Group is planning to construct a 10-story mixed-use project with 416 apartment units and 107,000 square feet of retail accommodation in Northbrook. The project, named Northshore 770, will be built at the northwest corner of Skokie Boulevard and Dundee Road.
The joint venture recently inked a deal to purchase the 14-acre lot from an affiliate of Beal Bank. The developers are hoping to start construction on the project in 2014. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
