
COLUMBUS, OH-Groundwork has started for the Hubbard and Aston Place apartment projects in the Short North. A Snyder Barker Investments LLC subsidiary and Schiff Capital Group have cleared a site at Dennison and West Third avenues in Victorian Village for the 59-unit Aston Place project. FirstMerit Bank is providing a $9.9-million loan for the $9-million project.
Meanwhile, Elford Development Ltd. and Wagenbrenner Development Inc. have started site work at East Hubbard and North High in Italian Village for the 72-unit Hubbard project. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
