WINSTON-SALEM, NC-The Winston-Salem Journal reported that Modern Chevrolet's former truck sales plot in downtown Winston-Salem will be turned into a new office building. The developer and the leasing agent for the 52,000-square-foot building is Commercial Realty Advisors LLC.
The multistory office building will come up at Fourth and Broad streets. Over $9 million will be invested to redevelop the downtown Winston-Salem property.
