ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-Orlando Sentinel reported that the Majesty Building, an 18-story office building in Altamonte Springs, may finally be completed after sat unfinished for more than a decade. The office building situated along Interstate 4 is owned by SuperChannel 55.
SuperChannel 55 President Claud Bowers told the Sentinel that the building should be completed within 14 months. The estimated $40-million development started in 2000. The Majesty Building will comprise office and retail space, a theater, meeting rooms, television studio, restaurants and a parking garage. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
