NEW YORK CITY-Interpublic Group is on the brink of signing a 95,000-square-foot lease expansion at 100 W. 33rd St., a 13-story building owned by Vornado Realty Trust. As per the 15-year agreement, the advertising firm, which already leases a 400,000-square-foot space at the one-million-square-foot building, will occupy the entire fourth floor for an asking rent of $50 per square foot.

In the deal, Jones Lang LaSalle broker Scott Panzer is brokering for the tenant, while Glen Weiss is representing the landlord internally. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
