LONDON-Mount Anvil has revealed the initial architectural and design concept for the Eagle House development situated on City Road in London. Farrells developed the design concept for the City Road site, including a 27-story tower and a renovation of the Art Deco Eagle House building.
The new scheme will provide 276 apartment units, 66,000 square feet of retail and commercial space and a basement car park. The project, valued at more than GBP 160 million, expected to open in early 2015. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
