MORRISVILLE, NC-Red Bull North America's subsidiary, Red Bull Distribution Co. has inked a 32,000-square-foot lease at 2700 Perimeter Park Drive in Morrisville. A new warehouse and distribution center will be opened by the company at the Morrisville building. Duke Realty Corp. is the owner and manager of the property. In the deal, Duke Realty was represented by its Hooker Manning and Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer's Jackson Rives.
