NEW YORK CITY-SoulCycle, owned by Equinox, has signed a lease for its first Brooklyn location. The indoor cycling chain has leased 4,300 square feet of space at 184 Kent Ave. in Williamsburg. The property, situated on North 4th Street, is owned by JMH Development.

The asking rent for the 15-year deal was $60 per square foot. SoulCycle will open the new location next year. Geoffrey Bailey, a TerraCRG broker, represented both the tenant and the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
