AUSTIN, TX-CBRE Group Inc. has closed two industrial lease deals totaling 43,371 square feet in Austin on behalf of landlords. Superior Pool Products has renewed its 32,000-square-foot lease at Corridor Park 5 at 3815-B Jarrett Way with IndCor Properties and Three-A Sac Self Storage LP has renewed its 11,371-square-foot lease at McNeil 1 at 12317 Technology Blvd. with Aegon Realty Advisors LLC.
